Pork, and Beef Brisket topped with Sweet & Sour Hillslaw,
and Sauce of Your Choice); then you'll get to
follow it up with a Smoked Chicken Quarter, a Half Rack of Succulent Ribs, and 2 of our Signature Side Dishes of Hilljack's Mac & Cheese and Red Beans & Rice. Finish it all (in the
